We sent a small gift to all participants of the event as a thank you for your patience as we worked on the event. We hope that our future events will run more smoothly, and have worked to address the issue that caused it in the first place.

One final adjustment was made, removing a small number of extra points from some players who did not earn those points.
While many players report their score and leaderboard was corrected before the end of the event, we are happy to help if you require a further look into your score and account-- please contact us.

The final updates to the scores were implemented, players should now see correct scores. Leaderboard rankings may or may not have shifted for you, would just depend on the adjustment made to your account and others on your leaderboard.
To recap... everyone should now have the points they earned during this current Robot Incognito event plus the points earned during the 24 hour period that the event was incorrect/unavailable (on Thursday, September 30). On Monday, incorrect points were added. Earlier today, we made several adjustments, completing the final update at about 5PM PDT.

Due to an error with the event scoring, we intend to end the current Robot Incognito event; no ranked rewards will be issued. A new event will begin at 11AM PDT on October 1st.
We also plan to add back any points players earned through obtaining or using hero bits; this part is still in progress, but we aim to get your points restored! Minus the bugged points, of course.
