To prepare for future improvements, we are have updated the way players collect resources generated from the lair. Resources are no longer automatically added to the player's inventory. Instead, they are added to the 'Lair Pickup,' a new part of the UI designated for collecting resources generated by the lair.
Lair Pickup is visible on the Adventure and Lair screens and will visibly change to show you if there's anything in there to pick up. Tap the icon to view the contents, then tap the 'Claim' button to retrieve the contents.
This feature replaces the offline production welcome back pop-up. Rather than returning to the game to see how much you earned while offline, you can tap the Lair Pickup anytime to see how much you have earned since the last time you emptied it.
The maximum your Lair Pickup can hold is 12 hours of production.
This change is paving the way for future updates to the lair, enhancing existing mechanics in the game and expanding on the types of items you can earn-- more than just ooze, scrap and bits.
