🛠️ Channel 6 Rush Reset Issues

UPDATE | April 23, 2021:

We sent a mail message out to players with Channel 6 rush unlocked, with some Hero Bits and Season Pass points. Please login to receive it!

To continue keeping things fairer, the bits were tailored to players' highest floor ever reached:

If your highest floor was level 99 or lower...
You will receive 8000 2-Star Bits, 1000 3-Star Bits, 50 4-Star Bits

Level 100 - 249...
You will receive 8000 2-Star Bits, 4000 3-Star Bits, 200 4-Star Bits

Level 250+:...
You will receive 8000 2-Star Bits, 5000 3-Star Bits, 400 4-Star Bits

Additionally, 2400 Season Pass points were deposited directly into player accounts.

UPDATE | April 22, 2021:

We have placed those affected back to the correct floor and removed any Hero Bits earned, to be fair to those who did not encounter this issue. We also removed any points that those bits contributed to the Invention Convention Event, in order to restore the fairness and integrity of the event.

We did not remove any heroes affected players may have pulled during this period. As a result, the Hero Bit removal may have caused some affected players' bit balance to go below zero. If you have a negative balance, you will see “0” of those Hero Bits instead of the negative value. Once you have collected enough Hero Bits to reach a positive balance, you will see the Hero Bits counted in your inventory again.

April 21, 2021:

We are working to correct a recent issue affecting some player's Channel 6 rush progress.

Players who were affected will be placed into their correct Channel 6 floor: 10 floors below their highest completed (as they normally would with the daily refresh). We are discussing the removal of points in economy events that were earned as a result of this issue, and have our eyes/ears on other feedback or areas that have been affected. It may take some time for all areas to be fixed, but we are working as quickly and accurately as possible.

Please note: this was the result of a technical issue, thus, players will not be banned for simply playing Channel 6 rush, regardless of if their floors were reset to level 1.
